If there's one thing that is important for me when working with a travel agency is that when shit really hits the fan, they'll be there. Not be half there, not make faces but do it anyway, not try to find a quick solution so you can go back to sleep, not say there's no solution cause you have better things to do… Reem and the Patra team have always been there when it was most important. I will never forget waking him up at 0300 cause I missed my flight from SFO because I took too long to do sightseeing. It was really incredible to see how he woke up and really just tried to help me out with a real smile. Of course he did, in 10 minutes, when I thought that I'll spend another day there…
